"We got to the property, check in was easy. Room looked clean at first, but as we walked in there was dirt & mud on the floor. I did not feel comfortable walking on the floor without shoes. Beds also looked clean but the pillows had black stuff on them. I had to use my shirt as a pillow case. Found 3 cockroaches crawling by the beds. "It was a good location and nice room and comfortable bed. The shower though took 15 minutes to get hot. It would also be nice to have more carts available. One big cart for everyone in the hotel is not enough. Also, better food selections for breakfast. Pretty much the same thing every day."

"Housekeeping continues to be an issue. I stayed ten days and dust was visible. Trash wasn’t picked up completely, water wasn’t replenished, and sheets weren’t changed. Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested."
