"Arrived by Uber. Only one issue during my time in this room. My towels smelled sour. Like if they were washed. Allowed to sit and sour. Then dried anyway. As soon as i texted the issue, they were replaced. The size of the room, excellent. Ad says kitchenette. Full size refrigerator and a full size stove with oven. I was able to cook myself real meals."

"We were here for Pittsburgh Unified Auditions for high school student to find college acting and musical theatre programs. Because of a scheduling glitch, I found myself needing last minute accommodations. The staff at Placemaker were compassionate and kind as I had to move our stuff from one hotel to this one as my daughters were auditioning. I cannot thank them enough for making this situation easy for me. The unit we stayed in had everything we needed and was close enough for us to walk to...

"This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....
