"Absolutely awful that there is only ONE LIFT. We were always queuing. This hotel has 9 floors. And conference facilities. It was a farce. Breakfast was very good and staff all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was more of a cafe than restaurant , and the menu of the day only applies at lunchtime, so a bit of a shame. The room was fine but a ‘city view’ It wasn’t. Our room had frosted glass in the windows to shield us from the view of the back of neighbouring apartments and their washing....

"5 stars all around!! We were warmly welcomed at check in with a glass of champagne and very friendly service!! Huge shout out to the Kristal restaurant they have inside the hotel as well. We had a three course meal of the beef tenderloin and a sushi platter and Mochi for dessert paired with fresh fruit and the chef even brought us out his own creation of another seafood sashimi!
