"The staff were helpful and attentive and for a place to sleep for the night the bed was comfortable.
The rooms are very small, but enough.
We did have to change room from room 12 as there was no hot water.
The room it’s self was small, bathroom tiny and the window had the cover of my me half of f a set of curtains, barely covering the window.
There was a small seat and cheap chair, with an area for clothes, and as stated, no hot water.
Room 31!was much tidier and looked better looked after,...

"Very good hotel. Comfortable bed, friendly staff and good location close to many central attractions. Downsides: walls are paper thin so noise from other guests can affect your stay. TV didn’t work, safe was broken and shower leaked so maintenance seems an issue."

It is situated in an area which does not have many restaurants but mainly fast food outlets, so if you want to explore, be prepared for a 15 minute walk."

"This hotel is positioned as a luxury hotel with a spa - it is far from that. I didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities because it was booked out in advance and there’s no availability to the amenities after checkout the following day if you’re staying in Brussels longer.
The restaurant in the hotel is not part of the hotel so guests don’t get preference to use it.
The staff were unhelpful in trying to accommodate usage to the amenities.
The hotel decor is tired and feels a little...

"All style over substance. It looks like a modern hotel, it charges like a premium hotel, but what you get is basic. The rooms are bare, no fridge, no safe, no shower cap. Nothing. Just a bed, bathroom and a place to hang some clothes.
It's clean and the decor is modernist but it has zero charm or comfort. There's better hotels nearby for less money."
