"The manager was helpful in a very bad situation where Expedia had given me the impression that I booked 2 dormitory type rooms only to end up having to stay in a dormitory with complete strangers exposing my little children to potential danger. It was such a let down and I want to ask for a full refund and an apology from Expedia for almost ruining our holiday."

The hotel is...

"Great location in a very quiet and walkable area, with lots of local spots and good coffee nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again."

"No vi ninguna tina de hidromasaje, me habitacion bien"
