"Excellent location, modern & clea reception area, the gentleman that checked me in with curly hair was friendly however, the other man not so much. When I lett my case behind he handed me the tag to put on my case, I wasn't sure how to do it & he seemed irritated to come around & help with it.
The room was very clean but in need of some refreshments, especially the bathroom. The toilet bowl had yellow stains probably from a leak from the tank. The bathtub edge along the floor was also worn...

"Pros - close to midi station. So unless you have lots of luggage, you can easily walk to the station from here. If you are taking taxi be mindful to put full name in bolt/uber there are similar hotel names in city.
Owner allowed us to checkout after an hour after discussion.
Cons - there was a rat in the kitchen area even though the room is fully closed. Felt highly unhygienic because of it. Perhaps choosing other than Mimosa might not have this issue.

"Location was good. Not difficult to find.
Would be good to have a sign or picture of the front door to make it easier.
Instructions were clear.
Place was very clean. Room was also very clean.
You will need to use stairs to go up/down (both to the rooms or common areas) - consider that if you need accessibility.
Kitchen and living area are in the basement. Well kept, includes oven, microwave, kettle, stove, fridge, dishwasher.
There is one baby high chair if you need that.

"Sisäänkirjautumisen aikaan kukaan ei tullut avaamaan ovea, vaikka yritin soittaa ovikelloa ja soitin hotellin puhelinnumeroon, josta ei vastattu. Odotin ovella reilun puolen tunnin ajan, kunnes sain huhuiltua postiluukusta siivojalle, että hän päästäisi minut sisälle.
Huone oli siisti ja siellä oli myös jääkaappi. Ulkos ei kuulunut ääniä huoneeseen.
Aulassa on kahvia ja keksejä saatavilla, mikä oli kiva plussa. Sijainti on hyvä melko lähellä metroa."
