"Bien placé et le personnel très gentil. Il manque des articles d'hygiène dans la chambre et de l'air climatisé"

"Muy buena ubicación y el desayuno perfecto Espectacular para familias con niños pequeños"

"Great hotel with perhaps the best breakfast ever. If you are staying at this property eat the breakfast everyday. The food is incredible. The property itself is also wonderful and is a great place to stay."

"立地が良い スタッフの方々の対応も良い 設備は滞在するのに最低限のものは整っている。その分料金が安くなっていると思う"

"Within 30 minutes we experienced a very poor, unsafe, dirty and uncomfortable environment in the building and in our room. In our room, we had dirty towels, black mold in the shower, and an overall unclean room. We were out of there right away and informed the front desk of the environment as well as had her cancel our stay. Still waiting to hear if the refund is accepted. This was a terrible and really defeating experience for our first time in Brussels."

"The staff is amazing. I traveled with my dog and everyone was extremely dog friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. I did the breakfast buffet and it's totally worth it."

"L’endroit était très propre et à proximité des endroits d’intérêt"

"The best option for who want to be inside the Brussels-mid station. Spotless room."

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring Brusslels. Room was cool even though it was very warm outside and staff were on hand to help with the automated check in."

"An amazing hotel for families. The family gave our teens their own space which was perfect for unwinding at night. Rooms were spacious and clean."
