"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect.
The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a...

"My stay was great but couldn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, the temp throughout the hotel was really warm. I generally prefer warmer temps but this was too warm, especially for June. Second I was charged a lot for my room and I learned from non-US colleagues they had rooms for far less. I’m not sure if they change the price if you book from a US VPN?"

"Great location, very clean and a nice place to stay but no fridge or coffee/tea facilities in the room (which we’d have liked).
The lifts could be a bit annoying, but fine if you’re patient.
We’d stay again now we know what to expect."
