"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!!
We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

"Took the train from Luxembourg to the Central Station (Gare Centrale). From there took the Metro to Schuman station (4 stops) and it was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel from there. Need to buzz in to reception and then again once inside. After that was able to register and get my keys for the room and a separate key for the exterior doors.
While it’s listed as a hotel, I sort of thought of this as a short-term studio apartment rental. Room was really big. There were a few quirky things...

"The staff was great. My only problem was that I didn't get a room with garden view like my booking said. I ended up on the 3rd floor with a room that had a window in the roof. Which made airflow very bad in a room with no AC. I knew the hotel didn't have AC that is why I wanted a garden view room. I talked to the front desk and they told me that was a marketing error and there was nothing they could do to help me."
