"Great location, right beside canal opposite the canal cafe. Chalet although dated , it is comfortable, clean and has all that you need. Will definitely be looking at booking here again, it’s great value for money."

"We received a very warm welcome and everything was just perfect. The room was spacious and a super king bed was very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room and even a small fridge if needed. A fan was in the room in case it was very hot. We had a good meal in a local pub recommended by David and it didn’t disappoint. The breakfast was delicious, just about anything you could wish for in a very nice dining room, we will certainly return next time we are in the area "

"Ideally located for those looking to visit Brands Hatch. Located only about 15 mins from South London which makes travel very easy. Friendly and accommodating staff, highly recommend. Room was warm and the stock of hot drinks was excellent."

"Interesting place. Advertised as a guest house on some sites and Bed and Breakfast on others. Unfortunately when we arrived were told breakfast was not included - that seemed strange I booked the room on the pretence it served breakfast - being a "Guest House". I paid top price for this site when compared with other B & B's. Although they did end up supplying cereal for breakfast. But that is not good enough for the price. Also daily service was minimalist. "A really welcoming group of people and a quick check in. Typical character building with wonky creaky floors but loads of charm. A bit cold in the room at first but soon warmed up with the heater. Lovely amenities and a great bathroom too. Good pub food for dinner, breakfast was OK (hard boiled poached eggs will always get a point deducted I’m afraid). Will definitely stay again though."
