"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs a new coffee pot - it was terrible! pans were just barely decent AND very limited silverware. "Wonderful location for a quiet getaway with family...technically 3 families. It was cozy in the main house for 2 families of 4 each, then we had 2 adults w pets in the loft. It worked out for our crew. Enjoyed the kayaks, breakfast in the deck & being centrally located between the dunes & TC. Down side was some kind of paper wasps/hornets that stung a few times during the night upstairs in main house, but realtor said they’d send someone out. Also spent first 2 days trying to get WiFi password...

"Location and beach access are both amazing… Privacy is amazing - beds are comfortable The house it’s self needs some updates! We stayed here last year and the toilet had the same leak as it did a year ago. Wallpaper’s peeling, furniture is old and musty smelling, the stove works, but definitely takes a little longer to cook things. You get what you pay for. Not bad … just not great!"
