When they were not able to repair it, we were quickly moved to another room. The front desk staff even brought the new keys and a bell cart to us. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had at an hotel. Nice touch with the coffee and hot beverage station available throughout the day. Enjoyed our first stay and can’t wait to visit again. "
