"We had an amazing time! The house is very well distributed and the beds are very comfortable! I would say that 12 guests is up to interpretation. There are 2 kings, 2 full (one being the bottom of a bunk bed), 1 twin (top of bunk bed), and then a queen-sized pullout couch. You technically could fit 12 people, but the comfort is subjective. "

"The property was super cute. Very clean. The neighborhood isn’t much to write home about. The listing said 4 bedrooms but it is only 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. For what I paid for I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t actually what I needed for our overnight stay. It caused some friend circle conflict.
