"Man sollte hier insgesamt keine zu hohen Erwartungen haben. Pro: Die Aussicht. Wirklich beeindruckend. Wer ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht, macht alles richtig. Dafür lohnt es sich definitiv. Es gab eine eigene kleine Küche, was sehr praktisch war. Der Zimmerservice war gut: täglich frische Handtücher und eine gründliche Reinigung der Zimmer. Contra: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Es war fast nie ein Parkplatz zu finden und wenn doch, waren diese sehr eng. Am besten parkt man gegenüber...

"The pool area was clean, food was good, the sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest. When we arrived we should of been self catering but wasn’t a room available with a kitchen area so upgraded us to all inclusive which was good"

"Great place to stay in Los Cristianos. The room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained. The unit was very well equipped and spacious. Close to many restaurants as well as supermarkets. Easy walk to the beach and shops (10 min) and about 5 minutes walk from local/airport bus. "

"Pool area lovely, breakfast okay. Great location. Booked a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed. Room was not a moden one like the pictures but still ok. We were not happy that we booked a 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in lounge and they refused to let 3 of us stay in the room, charging us an additional 300 euros. Poor service. So dont book a 1 bed apartment. Save your money and just book a studio as they wont let 3 people sleep in the 1 bedroom apartment. "

"Long story short. One staff member with curly hair was rude and judgemental due to us being two young lads. We were asked to leave reception on the first day due to me slightly laying down on one of the sofas while we waited to go to the airport. We were asked by her to go outside, yet 2 females,( doing the exact same thing) were not asked to moved. However, totally left to themselves and not bothered at all. I have never ever gone out of my way to make a review but she really did make us feel...

"The staff is really helpfull. Nice swimming pool (I was the only user in march). I didn't eat in the restaurant, only took a coffee in the morning. The location is also interesting because it's very near the bus station If you want to travel on the island by bus et to go the airport North, and near the beaches and the city center"
