"Excellent hotel"

"The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was basic and the views depending on the location can be nice. The food was also very basic, but had some highlights on theme nights. Overall the place is really meant for families with small children. The all-inclusive part was not worth it in my opinion, the wine was terrible, the sodas were mostly flat, and the liquor selection was not great."

"The worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Tenerife. It felt like we had arrived an old haunted house. No toilet seat on the toilet, we had to sit directly on the porcelain. The whole of downstairs smelt of metal. We worked out it was coming from the four poster bed, the frame was made of metal and was going rusty. I honestly don’t know how people could stay here for a week. We were lucky and only had one night. Regency is dated and in need of a total refurbishment. You also have electric pylons...

"Everything was good except that the food at lunch does not have much selection."

"Not a 5 star hotel and the room although it was very big and nice, was dirty, particularly the bathroom. The pools are old and quite small, if you want to go to the beach you need to walk 25mins. There isn’t good coffee around and nothing to do. I don’t recommend it at all."

"We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The...

"Il cibo andava bene, la pulizia delle stanze assolutamente no e nemmeno il posizionsmento delle stanze. La nostra stanza dava sulla piscina (e quindi sul lungomare) e quindi fino a tarda notte c'erano molti rumori."

"I loved my holiday in this hotel. The pools were clean and warm. The room was clean and spacious. The staff worked very hard and made us welcome. We enjoyed the lunch time exercise sessions in the pool. For all inclusive the food was varied enough with themed nights. Asian was the star of the show! Sometimes the waits were rather long for lunch in the pool bar, but this was ok. My only gripe is poor behaviour of some guests putting towels on loungers early and hardly using the space they had...

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel with our 3 year old. Clean room on arrival and room was cleaned every day new clean towels when requested, we took a spare absorbent sheet to put on our toddlers bed that was washed without being asked which was so kind, all staff very friendly, bar staff always happy to help, pool very clean and plenty of sun loungers all day so no need to go to the pool early in the morning to try and reserve sun beds. Lovely selection of food catering for all needs and...

"Nice quiet location, lovely grounds, spacious, vlean room. Some confusion in reststaurant since English and Spanish nenues didn't entirely match but food was great."
