"The house was very clean as well as the pool. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great communication with Christian before, during and after our stay. He was very attentive and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed I stayed at this house in September 2024 and this September 2025 for a UGA football game. I highly recommend this house."

"The property was as described in the listing! We travel quite a bit and found the home to be well-stocked with the little things that make your stay more comfortable. The house is big enough for 3 generations to stay and not feel like you're on top of one another! The dock and lake are fabulous but get very busy with boat traffic in front of the house on the weekend. So peaceful during the week! The host is very responsive. "Fabulous home. Home is laid out beautifully. Entire team was super comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Back porch made for a perfect location to have our design thinking session. "Great place in a great community. Very quiet. Three other comments - I didn't get door instructions so I had to call (maybe I missed them). The manager resolved that quickly. Very clean place inside, although the outside porch could use a sweeping and wipedown. 3. I'm used to a binder with instructions, so I missed the wifi instructions on the wall until I called the manager (duh, but for anyone who always looks for a binder this could help you too haha). "

"A/C wasn’t working upon arrival. Reached out to owner and they immediately had technician there to work on, while they weren’t able to get it working, she immediately moved us to a new room. The only drawback to these units is there is no washer or dryer. "

"This property was beautiful. The children loved the upstairs room, each with its own charging station! We loved sitting on the screened in porch and enjoying the view of the lake.
