At previous stay my request to be moved from bottom floor (noisier) room was accommodated immediately & without fuss. May not have been so easy if hotel booked out. Would choose & and have chosen to stay here again."
"The hotel is very nice, and clean and the room was especially quiet (no A/C noise) and very large. A separate living room/kitchen area and then the bedroom. Very high ceiling and cozy furniture made it very relaxing.
There was a slight issue with the sink draining, but they fixed it quickly. The gym, like most in the UK, was small, but it was clean and had modern equipment. I would definitely stay here again if I could."
"Staff on front desk were lovely and welcoming. Concierge was helpful when we had difficulty getting to hotel due to fire evacuation at Westfield. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Pillows were a tad firm. View from window on 9th floor was amazing. Dinner was really nice on heated terrace. Disappointed that room service was not available due to staff shortages. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Would stay again when in the area. "

"We had a delightful 8 night stay here. The hotel and room are practically new. It really did feel like a small apartment, with everything you'd need, including a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils, cooking supplies, a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use these (except the microwave occasionally) but it was impressive. Room and bedding were comfortable, with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was quite modern with decent shower stall and some toiletries...
"The Limehouse Library is a beautiful hotel, a lot of care and love went into the amazing design. Staff also amazing, very helpful and pleasant. And a truly great hotel breakfast. The location is not necessarily convenient for everyone but in fact the Docklands Light Rail taking you quickly to Bank station is a short walk away. If this were in Central London I shudder to think what it would cost. So, great hotel, tremendous value."
