"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

"This wonderful gem of an apartment was exactly as advertised. Location was fantastic, easy walk to the Homestead, golf, restaurants, spa, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, TV was easy to use, and overall it was a great stay. Pat the host was easy to communicate with and promptly replied to messages. I would stay here again and recommend to others. "

"Just arrived home after a great family vacation in Hot Springs. Thank you for sharing your lovely home . It was perfect for our family . Quiet and peaceful Enjoyed the Jefferson pools. Only disappointment was the difficulty we had getting into the Dairy Barn pool and center. Do want to inform you that we did break the glass shade to a lamp in your lower room.
