"It was okay. A functional room for one person. It will be tight for two people. Other things they advertise in the hotel such as breakfast and wine and cheese daily are for an additional charge or membership, which travelers won’t usually have memberships. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, not your usual daily room cleaning like most hotels. "

"It was easy to book the accommodation at short notice; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and accessible without physical contact. "The hotel is newly renovated which is very cozy. The location and environment is excellent. I used to live in Earl's court area when i visited London. The size of room is as small as usual (kind of London's standard). The flooring is non-carpet one (I like it~). "We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard.
