"The room was spacious clean and quite. The AC doesn't cool down to much. Asked to check it and they were very helpful to change our room. Still I think they might need to install better units. The staff are the best. Always wanted to help and very supportive. "Can’t say enough about this great resort. Every single staff member was beyond nice. Every single one had a smile and really seemed to want to take care of us. They all constantly wanted to be of assistance and make our stay better. The resort was extremely clean and everywhere you looked there was smiling staff cleaning and maintaining. The beach was like 40 ft from the steps of the resort. And was beautiful. The security of the place is beyond great. They def want to keep their guests safe....

"Seriously lovely experience. I was concerned about being overrun by kids …. Totally was not. There were plenty of adults vacationing. Something for everyone. Very clean , well maintained. I really loved the staff- very helpful and kind. I tried to tip frequently and would recommend the same for anyone going , who can do this. These people were working their butts off !!!!!!!!! Would absolutely visit again. My kids had the time of their lives. Thank you !"

We opted out of family concierge when asked if we wanted to upgrade. Didn’t seem hard to navigate by myself and book reservations. Didn’t try upgraded experience at restaurant due to fear of bad quality. Opted out of Bali beds again fear of bad food. That’s $250. 24hr ice cream and coffee cafe was great! The staff was nice...
