"The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. "Walkable environment, the property was within walking distance from restaurants, pubs, transportation and West End shows. The breakfast was was okay - I prefer eating outside the hotel.
Here were the cons:
I did not enjoy the customer service. When I asked for extra pillows, the staff told me that it wasn't there policy as they only have two pillows for each person. The pillows are very flat and provide no support.
I also asked for a water bottle for the room and the staff were very rude....

"Walking distance to Paddington Station, this was reason for choosing it for quick overnight stay. The room had minimal space for storage, hanging hooks or shelves. We had rain-soaked luggage requiring unpacking all & attempting to dry out, which this room did not accommodate. Nice staff, invited us to store luggage which we didn’t need."
