"This is a wonderful hotel with nice, friendly, competent and helpful staff! The rooms are small but my husband and I had two large and two small suitcases and we all fit just fine. And the room has a small kitchen the perfect for grabbing a few breakfast items at the nearby grocery to have breakfast in your room. They supply coffee and tea and the sink has filtered water. There’s also a small fridge and a microwave. In addition to the free bottle of wine they also serve wine and snacks daily....

"The staff was excellent. They brought my bags to my room and escorted me there when my room was ready. There is no elevator and my room was on the top floor. The hotel is definitely quirky. The lobby had a beautiful real christmas tree and there were a few different sitting rooms throughout the ground level all decorated. I had a single room and the bed was super comfortable. "Everything was fantastic, but the best part was the staff. Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."
