"While the room was small and windowless, it was super clean and efficient and right in Terminal 3. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the departures in Terminal 3, so it was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I have an early morning flight or need a brief stopover."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel at Heathrow Terminal 4. I stayed on April 6th (room 124), and after traveling for over 15 hours from Canada on an overnight flight, I arrived completely exhausted around 1 PM, hoping for at least a bit of understanding and basic hospitality. Ironically, there’s a sign at the entrance that says “warm welcome,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. The welcome felt cold, transactional, and completely lacking empathy. "The hotel and the room it self were very nice. The only thing we did like was that we opted to select this hotel because it say it had a shuttle to the airport and breakfast. Yes they do but at a cost of $9.50 US dollar per person. Also it did have breakfast but also at an additional cost of $22.75 US dollar per person. I wouldn’t have selected this hotel if it was clear that it did not include these “amenities” in their cost. "

"This is our "Go To" hotel when we have been privileged to travel and have a scheduled flight home from London Heathrow. Great staff that anticipates well and is always at the top of their game. On site restaurant, Carluccio's offers a "just right" menu with a variety of dishes and the breakfast buffet or a la carte dishes meet every need. Terrific bar for a "last night of vacation" night cap. Don't even bother looking for a finer hotel."
