"Everything was fine but SMALL. Me and my 2 suitcases took up almost all floor space. Strict orders not to shower with bathroom door open or it triggers fire alarm!! Still Figuring that one out. But location for my morning flight was key. I’d probably stay there again"

"Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The bed is a bit stiff, and the shower was messy with only a partial, moveable glass divider to try to keep the water in the tub, but the water still got everywhere. But the location is definitely convenient for flying out of Heathrow. "

Biggest let down is it was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on - it was so hard, we did not get a good rest which was super disappointing. Hopefully they update their mattresses as I’m sure this is not the first complaint on comfort. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the B&B. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was much larger than average, including the bathroom which had a full tub. We enjoyed a delicious authentic Indian dinner in the afternoon. The curtains blocked out 100% of the light, and we heard no sounds from either the street outside nor from in the hallways. We slept on a very comfortable bed for a full 10 hours. Full English breakfast in the morning with bangers, beans, and mushrooms. Definitely...

"This is our "Go To" hotel when we have been privileged to travel and have a scheduled flight home from London Heathrow. Great staff that anticipates well and is always at the top of their game. On site restaurant, Carluccio's offers a "just right" menu with a variety of dishes and the breakfast buffet or a la carte dishes meet every need. Terrific bar for a "last night of vacation" night cap. Don't even bother looking for a finer hotel."

"The hotel is outdated. No phone, safe in the room. If you need front desk, there’s no phone to call. You have to go down yourself. There is no safe to put your important documents. Throughout the whole trip, I have to walk around with passports in my bag. It’s a cashless hotel and failed to put that on their website. The only reason I’m giving one star, 1) there’s no other option and 2)the staff was very nice. "
