"On checking in to my stay, the staff were very unhelpful. So much so that they didn’t explain to me that in the morning there was a back door you have to exit from, without knowing this information I found myself locked in the property with no idea how to get out. This made me very late for work. My room was boiling, and wasn’t advertised that it had no windows that opened to the outside. "The first room we were allocated looked as though the beds had been sat on, so we asked for a different room, and that one was fine. Soap and shower gel were the only toiletries provided and meagre amounts of tea and coffee were in the room. More was given on request and plant based milk too, which was great. We didn't eat at the hotel because as a vegan and a vegetarian, suitable food choices were limited, plus the information we were given was that, because we were staying out of season some...

"Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. "

"Beds were cheap and to soft. The linens are poly cotton with a cheap feel. The room had a smell of the kitchen cooking and also in the hallway. If the location was not convenient we definitely would not stay there."
