"Edward and Caroline are very friendly and the barn delivers on feeling historical. The bathroom amenities are very nice, and that it's walkable to Cookham's high street is quite nice, and I appreciated having tea and juice.
It was important to me to have parking onsite - and the parking is actually on the road (I normally drive on the opposite side of the road and wanted to have the simplest of parking experiences). Communication was easy when Edward was outside working, but communication...

"Perfect in every way!
The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It's situated approx 7 mins away from town in one direction, so you can leave the car on the drive, (a major plus) and 10 mins walk away from the woods in the other: ideal for an early morning, or any time dog walk! There's a hose in the garden for dirty boots and dogs and the back gate locks for security.
Heating was easy to adjust and the fire worked beautifully. The TV was easy to operate and the Wifi was fab!...

"It was not great the first day, the carpet was so dirty and it just bought the general feeling down. However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too. I am not sure who cleans it but it can be off putting. Musty smell through out the building like someone had been smoking in the hall ways and no one opened the windows there after
Shops a little way off but if you have 30 minutes you can...

"Roseleigh Cottage is a lovely little house. It is ideally situated in central Cookham a stones throw from the Thames tow path and close to a range of pubs and other places to eat. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay as did our dog who appreciated the many walks thereabouts."

"Very nice, comfortable room, nice to have the kitchen. Lots of space outside to eat and relax! The kids loved the animals and that it’s clise to Legoland! The restaurant near by was really nice too and also easy to get around without a car."
