Generell sind nur wenige Mitarbeitende bemüht und freundlich. Die meisten sind unfreundlich und Grüßen scheint ein Fremdwort zu sein. Es war in Ordnung um relativ günstig in London zu übernachten, aber mehr auchh nicht. Einzig das Personal in dem Frühstücksrestaurant ist erwähnenswert freundlich. "

"Efficient check-in, helpful staff, rooms clean and new. We got the bus in the morning to LHR terminal 3 and it's right outside the hotel, very easy and quick transfer. Parking at the hotel is really easy. It's a really easy and good value way to get close to the airport and leave the car whilst on holiday when you've an early flight."

"Good hotel. Lots of airline folks seemed to stay here. Make sure to get the correct bus to and from theT5. Number 7 bus to the hotel and number 703 back to T5. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is amazingly abundant with plenty of staff on hand cleaning, serving, helping.
