Friendly staff lovely room and a very tasty evening meal. Really convenient for the NEC and you get free parking. Will definitely be back.

Booked on the day and all emails and text are not set up for this. Not receiving check in details. Phoned the office and she was rude just telling me it was my fault and I should read the email sent. The Vale Golf and Country Club
The lodge was spotless and had a lovely view. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had lunch and a light breakfast in the golf restaurant which was really nice.
