"Very professional and hospitable staff, the king size room was enough space for a couple. All the amenities are modern and easy to use. Pay attention to the window opening mechanism instructions if they are unfamiliar to you! Excellent cafe and bar attached. It would be nice to have a water station on the ground level too. "

"This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. "Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying...

" Very small room, but great hotel. Located in a nice area, friendly staff and you can pay for an included breakfast (well worth it). If you pay for the breakfast go early as it gets crowded quickly. Well-stocked amenities in the lobby if you forget anything (toothbrush, comb, lotion, etc). Very clean and the housekeeping is an added touch. A very nice stay! "

"location is ok for price if you want cheap; you do need to walk a bit to get to the main Shinjuku station. We had a toddler along with a pram in the room and suitcases so even less space. Also the hotel is next door to a gravesite which we didn't know before booking. overall its ok for a cheap place, its clean has a microwave on 1 level and along with washing machine and dryer. 7/11 down one end of the street. very quiet street if thats what your after"

"The check in was quick. Location is good to get around and for food. We stayed in the south tower and the walls are very thin so i could hear noise from next door and above. The swimming pool was also closed, which we were not told about but found out via the website, which was a shame as it would have been good to use as it was hot."
