"Other than their frustration of flaffing about with the text code for electronic door entry the hotel is everything you need in the city, large rooms, clean, comfy beds. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Great location - great taco place Tacombi across the road - two for one on Tuesdays! Eataly on the corner. Can walk everywhere from here. Would definitely stay again."

"Loved our large corner room overlooking Broadway with breakfast vouchers for the amazing bakery off the lobby. Well-appointed, clean and surprisingly quiet room except for (very limited) work on a nearby room. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The neighborhood is a great balance of charming restaurants, amazing food markets and shops. Close to Central Park and Natural History Museum. Felt like living in NYC for a weekend!"

It was also wonderful that they offer bag/luggage storage as an option because I arrived late due to flight delays & traffic and literally had to drop my bags off and head over the concert venue. "Clean, compact, centrally located! The room was efficiently laid out. Perfect for single traveller on a short trip. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to check in early so I could get ready for an event I was attending. Only complaint was noise from doors closing in the middle of the night. Sound dampening could be explored."
