"The staff was wonderful. Maria, the gracious housekeeper, Felix the welcoming valet, Paul the quiet, courteous clerk and Hannah, our lovely bartender. She makes a really nice Old Fashioned. Made us feel welcome. The heating system is good down to 20 degrees outdoors, but can't handle a cold snap. Luckily, maintenance came up with a space heater and we warmed up."

The kitchen had no kitchenware so while nice to have on a trip, somewhat useless. The suite was large, clean and comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "

"I had an excellent stay at Ly Hotel! The hotel was extremely clean and modernized, with very comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of walking all around in the city. One of the biggest highlights was the free parking, which is incredibly hard to find in New York and made the stay so much more convenient.
