"We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. "I loved the apartment - so nice. We didn't get to walk around the neighborhood but we did get to talk to one of the neighbors - she was great. She explained all about the parking rules in the neighborhood. It never occurred to us to ask. Due to a misunderstanding and a medical procedure that didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped, we could not climb stairs and needed to quickly get a room elsewhere. "Great rental. David is so accommodating and communication was great. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seating inside and out. Enjoyed the deck, the 3 year old loved the beach and fishing off the dock, and the boats were fun. "

"This property was absolutely amazing! Beautiful location and accommodations! Well stocked with kitchen supplies. Clean inside and out , outdoor space beautiful, grill clean. Super friendly and accommodating owners I have rented quite a few VRBO rentals, this by far was the best! We plan on being returning renters! I if it was possible I would give this property far beyond a 5! Definitely planning on returning! "

"This was a good deal for the location and space for my family’s stay. It was close to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and overlooked Washington Park. AC window units and fans made it comfortable in the July heat. Street parking was made easy thanks to the host. "
