"This is a truly special place. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Our room, with its amazing view across the lagoon, was spotlessly clean with all you could possibly need. A special mention must go to Ivan for all his care and wonderful recommendations and also to Marco in the bar for making us feel so welcome. We will be back!"

"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise! "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Obwohl wir spät ankamen, wurde wir freundlich empfangen. An der Rezeption wurden mehrere Sprachen gesprochen. Wir hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Lagune, welches in Wirklichkeit noch schöner war als auf den Bilder. Das Bad war modern und frisch renoviert. Ein Kühlschrank wäre schön gewesen. Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Der Wasserbus hält direkt vor dem Hotel und man ist in nicht mal 5 Minuten zum Markusplatz...

"Best hotel in Venice!! Walking distance from San Marco with lots of dinning options. The ferries are walking distance from the hotel and a very quiet street. The room was very clean and spacious. They also had a great breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone! "
