"Communication was fabulous, from the day we booked right up to our arrival. This included suggestions and assistance to book our activities for the day after we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great air con which was much needed. Fresh water daily and a lovely bottle of juice each. Close to the action for the ferry, sunset pictures and great restaurants. "You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned."

"Amazing view. The room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent shower and water pressure. We had trouble connecting with the staff in advance, but once we were in town he answered immediately both times we called for assistance. Check in online was quick and easy. We are at the restaurant directly across the stairway and it was delicious La Regina di Manarola. We recommend the pesto pizza, best we have had in Italy. Overall excellent stay, would stay again and recommend to a friend"
