"Nice room. Clean. Nice area. Terrible check in process. For one I was never informed i had to check-in online before arriving. I spent 1.5 hours on the street attempting to get ahold of someone. They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”....

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is a great value and a great location in Vernazza (the best of the five Cinque Terre towns for us). There are some stairs up to it but the resulting views are magic, esp in the evening. The owner communicated very well throughout. We would stay here again for sure. Beautiful place to be just in general."

"The property is in the central part of Vernazza. It was exactly what we needed. There was a comfortable couch, a well appointed bedroom and a kitchen with all that was needed. A breeze coming through the windows was a perfect air conditioner. If we ever return- we would select this place again!"

"Tiene una escalera muy larga y estrecha para acceder a la propiedad, en la reservación ofrecían limpieza diaria y nunca fueron a limpiar, para cambiar las toallas había que pagar 10 euros para cada cambio, en la reserva ofrecían aire acondicionado y cuando llegamos hacía mucho calor y solo tenían un ventilador, en la reserva ofrecían un balcón y no tenía balcón. Lo único bueno era la ubicación con muchos restaurantes muy bueno pero nuestra estadía en esa propiedad no fue como lo esperábamos. "

"The place is very nice. Spacious, clean, very centrally located. Pretty good provisions. We were there during the super heat wave. Lots of fans. AC, but it didn’t work well. Hopefully they will fix it. It is indeed right above THE late-night bar in town. Didn’t bother us too much, but it was loud until late every night. We’d give it five stars but it is very corporate. On line check in was a pain. Communication slow. Somehow they got hacked and we received acWhats App from a scammer...

"Beautiful villa in vernazza. The villa was well equipped, very pretty, and had a beautiful terrace. There was no air conditioning but the villa stayed relatively cool throughout our stay in July (although perhaps a fan would have been good!). Vernazza is a lovely base for exploring the cinque terre. The villa is around a 10 minute walk into the town up a moderate hill, but worth it for the peaceful surroundings and views. Would strongly recommend to anyone staying in vernazza and would stay...
