"There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...

"we choose this place because it clearly said there was a WASHER AND DRYER under amenities. it states daily housekeeping,robes,and bidet. none at the property.
i got in 2 1/2 hrs.later! i asked where w/d ? he said there is none! i filed a complaint with expedia.. there are no towels for the beach...you have to go to the remote property to get towels for the beach. there is no cleaning service or towel exchange.

"We stayed in room 3, which did not have a proper door. It was more like a sliding door with tainted windows, so sound and light travelled a lot from the hallway. One night other people that were staying at the Vernazza Apartments came in around 2 am and were pretty loud, even knocking on our door and wanting to open our apartment!
The apartment was clean, however we only had one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. There were no refills as there is no human being to contact with, only...
