"Pros: Modern, well maintained, Very comfortable apartment with mini kitchen (includes cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Furniture was minimalist but comfortable. Cons: No shopping or restaurants close to the property. Transport links are also 10-15 mins walk, so taxis and ride apps are best to get around. IFEMA conference centre a good 30 mins walk due to construction and walkway closures."

"Very well placed for nearby work places and not a far distance by taxi from central sites like Prado Museum. The rooms are fine, not luxurious but exactly what you need for a good nights sleep, clean, well appointed room. Nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch. Friendly staff so no complaints from me"

"We have stayed at several NH hotels throughout Spain and have always been very pleased with the property and staff. However, this hotel is terrible. The room was very small and the bathroom cramped. I cannot recommend it."

"My room was right over a patio where people were talking loudly until 12 PM. They also play paddle outside until after 11 the room was clean and everything worked. The Wi-Fi was high-quality. The bed was quite firm, but OK the air conditioning unit needs to be cleaned as it gave me terrible allergies when it was on, I had to turn it off. "Apart from all the good things - quiet, new, easy - two things made it less than stellar for me. Not a red flag, but the pool is closed. I was SO thinking of relaxing... but it is closed. Nothing to see in the neighborhood unfortunately so there is only a small garden to relax. Another thing was their shuttle booking system, they tell you need a ticket around the time the previous shuttle leaves... but then magically all the tickets for the next one were gone. No biggie but had to take a Uber...

We would return but two things were unusual for a hotel of this category: 1. the air was turned off in the room and we coul not open the window because of the wind and alergies. So, the room was overly warm and there was no way to remedy it. We tried the thermostat but the system was obviously turned off which is fairly normal in this season because the hotels try to save on energy. "The apartment is spotless and beautiful. Further, the management team are very responsive and helpful. We requested a late check-out, and they were very accommodating. You are close to the airport and there are many shops around. The only issue we had was using the keyless entry. A few times, we couldn't open the main entrance door downstairs. There appears to be a connection issue with the internet perhaps. I would happily stay here anytime. Thank you for everything :)"
