"Good property and support staff. Airport shuttle runs every 30 mins. Good breakfast too."

"Una gran ubicación y buen precio."

"Faltan servicios de bebidas/alimentación, que estén acordes a la cantidad de huéspedes. La ausencia en la cercanía de cafeterías, restaurantes hacen aún más necesarios estos servicios."

"Muy bueno y personao amable!"

"The place works for a night stay when in transit through Barajas. Now, the amenities claimed to improve stays are not friendly. For example, the hotel claims to have a shuttle to the airport, which sounds convenient, but you need to be at the door 45 minutes earlier to receive a ticket. If I want to leave at 6 am and need to be downstairs at 5:45 am I am better off taking a taxi instead, which is what I ended up doing. So, the shuttle service sounds magnificent, but doesn't work in practice. The...

"The hotel is basic, spare, but clean and functional for a short stay. You should note that although it is an “airport” hotel, THERE IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE provided and it costs 20 to 25 Euros for a taxi or Uber to and from T4 at Barajas."

"Nice place"

"Great location close to airport for a quick stay."

"Mi sugerencia seria que tengan sal pimienta ya que uno va por dias y no comprar me encantó todo buena atención."

"Nice quiet location but I was put in a room in the basement that had no windows. I understand that I had booked the cheapest room but the hotel seemed empty. It would have been smart to upgrade me and that would have resulted in a better review as it would have not been an additional cost to them with so many empty rooms."

"Cercanía al aeropuerto"

"Todo muy bien, gran atención"

"Todo muy bien, a las habitacion le falta un poco de mobiliario"

"The room was clean, and the location was convenient for a trip to the airport. Overall, some updates would help. The shower was extremely small in a very large bathroom. The electrical outlets were oddly placed and loose in the wall. Overall, we got a good night’s sleep in a quiet neighborhood."

"Not much to like. Difficult to get into the property and the room. No staff available to troubleshoot. When calling the number they provide for assistance, you can never get to speak to a person. Definitely not recommend staying there"
