The location is good, near the Metro.
The school is next door. It's extremely noisy.
The check-in is a big headache. They want to make it all automatic. But their IT people are not experienced and drive guests nuts.
I stayed there for 3 days. I did not see a single guest to be happy with their system. Imagine waiting in the heat for 2-3 hours at the front door to get an instruction email from their AI or IT. If you leave the hotel, you may not be able to get into your room because their application may not work for you.
There is no direct customer service contacts.
You are always under the surveillance cameras from front door to stairs and hallways. It might feel safe, but you have no privacy.
The shared with (12 other people) bathroom and shower walls are all molded. Watch out if you are allergic to the molds.
They have no TV to reduce the noise and make a relaxing environment. You get anything except relaxation.
I would not recommend to my friends and family.
