"Rooms clean very small shower"

"I would give the staff a 10/10 everyone was so nice. My criticism is that it wasn’t as clean as I hoped. There were stains on our sheets and women’s hair it really grossed me out. The bathroom toilet didn’t flush if you used toilet paper so that was also a really gross issue. The property was beautiful and in a great spot around good food but just beware if you get uncomfortable with things not as clean. "

"Great option for a solo traveller, especially, as it was easy to chat with the staff and get useful input on my plans. Close to the metro, cafés and good takeaways. Very quiet room and comfortable bed. Don't miss breakfast in the stylish and relaxed "salon"... a wonderful way to start your day. The pastries were outstanding and the vibe was very old-world-meets-modern-times. Tiny, yes, but as described. Overall, I highly recommend!"

"I wouldn’t recommend staying at SO/ Paris Hotel. It’s simply not worth the money. The staff attitude felt unwelcoming, and the way they hold large amounts for “incidentals” without clearly explaining it upfront is just bad business—you feel overcharged and misled. The rooms are small, with almost no privacy, and the layout is poorly thought out—no proper sink next to the toilet or even a bidet, which you’d expect in France. We even paid extra for a “view,” and it was minimal at best, honestly...

"Staying at Pavillion de la Reine was such a luxurious treat! We stayed in the apartment on site (le pavillion) with two teenagers .. lots of room, space to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing. It had the best breakfast every day & we really enjoyed the helpful, polite and delightful staff. "

"The hotel was small but suited all of my needs. I had been promised free breakfast prior to my stay (the hotel was to under go renovations and I had reached out after I heard) I was assured it was in my account…when I arrived I was disappointed to find that they would not honor the free breakfast for my stay even after I showed them my conversations etc. because the renovations hadn’t happened. That’s in my opinion poor customer service. I didn’t let it ruin my trip and Paris was fabulous! "

"This was the PERFECT place for us to stay in Paris. The walkability was wonderful. We enjoyed the entire hotel including the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, we felt right at home. Our room was beautiful, clean, the balcony was amazing, the view was spectacular! We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Paris!! "

"Rooms were clean but weirdly bathrooms had frosted glass doors. Not ideal if sharing with friends or kids etc. Breakfast - wouldn’t recommend. Coffee was great but no milk for cereal. I appreciate you could have asked for it. No ham, cheese just bread. Yoghurt available and soft cheese. Location is great. "
