"Tub required high step to get in & out. No washcloths or ice machine. It was 90+ degrees temp outside. They had no A/C. PUT US on the 5TH FLOOR. Heat rises. Told us to just open the the windows. The windows had no screen or safety barrier when open to prevent falling or bugs entering. Room did have sleeping accommodation we requested. But was so small we had no room to move about. And, when advised we had meds that required refrigeration, the brought out a very small black plastic...

"Very close to airport. shuttle was at a cost 18 eur for one and bags return. Although I had directions I found difficult to find Terminal 3 to find shuttle pick up."
