"The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked! The host communicated his availability and made sure everything was okay after we had been there for a day. Very satisfied with everything! The binder he left at check in was extremely helpful in finding things to do during our stay. Very well done Kevin!"

"We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!"

"Amazing! The area is great to explore but it was nice to come back to the cottage and just relax in peace and quiet. It had everything we needed. The view was wonderful, even when it was raining. Clean and cozy. The owner was always in touch and helpful. Looking to stay again. "

"Great hosts and location make this place. Excellent communication and easy check in from the start made us feel welcome. The house was built in 1863 but has been updated for all the modern amenities. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor deck and fire pit area offer a great view of the bay and Boldt castle. Docks are well kept and protected from wind and traffic, easy in and out. "

"The location of this property is PERFECT for a visit of Alex Bay. Park your car and walk to all the shops, restaurants and boating tours. The sunset from the backyard is also incredible. We will stay here again!!"

"We totally enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home in a quiet area literally 2 miles max from Alexandria Bay. Nice outdoor patio with firepit and propane grill. Beautifully decorated. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable there!"

"Whitney is a great host! This apartment is much bigger than the pictures make it appear. The kitchen is awesome, the marina docks are well maintained and there’s power at each one with a regular 110 volt outlet, no need for an adapter. The beds are wonderful and the ceiling fans really cool the bedrooms well. I am already making plans to return next year! Thank you, for everything, Whitney!"

"Check in was a breeze. My grands loved watching the boats on the river. Dogs roamed the fenced yard. Perfect deck for family dinners, game night and wine with a beautiful sunset. We loved it here! "
