Farmhouse Il Fantino With Pool 12pax is a beautiful stone building (400 sq m) with hot tub, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 32 km (20 mi) from Firenzuola, Italy and only 63 km (39 mi) from Florence.

In the property there is a farmhouse with 4 double rooms (2 with en-suite bathroom and the other 2 with one shared bathroom) which can be used if the clients exceed the maximum capacity, but it must be requested at the booking.
Moreover, always in the same building but with a separate entrance there is a small two-room apartment where the housekeeper occasionally lives - to receive customers and to do maintenance.
