"Staff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. Loved this place. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service. The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage. There was no parking provided but the host was able...

"Outstanding hotel. Friendly staff, super nice room. Great breakfast, and happy hour. We did not use the spa. The location is amazing, meters away from Palazzo Medici and Piazza della Signoria."

"This appartment was perfect for 2 persons. Located right into Florence action. However it was well soundprooffed, we did not hear any outside noises when windows were closed. Very clean and nice bathroom. Very small kitchen with convenient fridge. Secured area. Cleaning was done every 2 days. Fulvio was a great host ready to help to any requests during working hours. Would go back anytime."

"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome. One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "

"Great bed and breakfast-style apartment! We spent two nights there -- 2 adults, 3 kids. The people running it were very friendly and accommodating, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the WiFi (and CC machines/phone lines) were down when we were there, which was frustrating, but that isn't the fault of the apartment itself -- it was due to some public service issue. The AC was great, too, and the breakfast allowed us to save time and money by not having to work out breakfast somewhere, and...

"Stunning property with exceptional staff. The room was very large, well lit, had multiple reading and sitting areas, and was beautifully decorated. The area was quiet while being very centrally located. Lots of shopping, museums, dining options, and scenic walking paths nearby. We will stay here again when we return!"

"The staff was exceptionally dedicated to service. I travelled with family and had accidentally booked the wrong room for one of my family members. The woman at the desk was very understanding and went above and beyond in accommodating a room change. I would very higher recommend this hotel!"
