"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

"We had a lovely stay thanks to Stella and family’s hospitality and well-kept home. We were two families with kids ranging in age from 9-13 - they didn’t want to leave! Why would you want to with a beautiful pool, horses, dogs, kitties and more?? Plenty of room and then some at this sprawling villa with loads of character. We chose to stay in this area following a cruise coming out of Civitavecchia. The serene and amenity filled property was very welcomed after a crowded cruise. Visited Orvieto...

"Tiziana helped make this stay very enjoyable. She picked us up at her other property outside the ZTL and brought us to Km O dal Centro. Parking there was free and safe. The room was modern and clean. Only thing missing was an English TV channel. We were in the middle of everything with many good restaurants nearby. The Synagogue which is number one place to visit was a 2 minute walk. Tiziana kept in touch throughout our stay making sure we weren’t missing anything. I highly recommend staying...

"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....
