"I had to change rooms 4 times in 5 nights because the AC was broken in each room and wouldn't drop below 78 degrees. They didnt shut the rooms down after I left them to repair them, they just put new guests into the broken room."

Pod Times Square
"Super convenient for getting around the city. Small space but works since you are not really in the hotel for the day. We did have a sink that got backed up every single use. Made the sink dirtier than it needed to be. Not ideal but we made it work."

Hotel Edison Times Square
"Excellent location that is tough to beat, especially for the price. Staff was super friendly. At check-in, they were able to arrange a room for us early. Custodial staff was friendly and went out their way to be helpful. I would come back."
