"We woke up to check out and started grabbing our belongings, and notice to find multiple bedbugs in both mattress's. One of the guest staying with us had gotten some pretty bad bites in his hand has been in the ER this entire morning . Not only has this been a health issue but overall just disappointing. There was no sense of urgency and hotel only offered a 15% discount. Overall very disappointed and angered at how the situation is handled by Expedia/ hotel 1200"
