"When we arrived to the hotel, there was no staff at reception. We called to announce our arrival, no answer. The receptionist arrived 10 minutes after we walked in. No apologies. Just asked if we were there to check in. Walk into our room. The toilet is not flushed. Our bedsheets are stained and have hair on them. We requested new bedsheets.

"The property has a marihuana strong smell, the bed sheets were not well cleaned."

"The space was amazing. However, the room was a bit dirty and not well taken care. For 1-2 nights is ok"

"One of the best hotels I stay in New York City. Love Henry Norman Hotel"

"So wonderfull place."
