"Just a few minutes walk to the riverfront with a beautiful view of the NY skyline. Over all a great stay, will recommend! Stayed here with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 1,3 & 5. Host was very quick to respond to my questions and also provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. We drove in from Pennsylvania. Street parking only, no designated parking space. "Nice place to rest but a bit small, quiet neighborhood. All rooms are upstairs, so it’s a little inconvenient if you have large luggage. In general, it’s great"

"The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"

"The apartment was clean, presentable, and had all the amenities my daughter and I needed! The location was a five minute walk to the 128/165/166 NJ transit bus which took us to and from 42nd St/Port Authority Bus Terminal where we hopped on subway for our NYC adventures. The manager communicated often to ensure we didn’t need anything and responded quickly. Checking in and out was very easy. Clean towels and sheets were ready for us on arrival. "This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"Great location- close to public transportation to get into NYC. Apartment was clean and nice, and Jose was very responsive and helpful. We recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area. "

"Overall stay was great. The lock has a mind of its own sometimes & won’t open but after a while it resets but that happened to me after a night out around 2-3am. Other than that experience was great."
