"Host was quick to respond to any issues. It was very quiet and staff was nice. Room had a few issues, tub wouldn't stop so couldn't bathe the baby. Previous guest let toiletries and medication in a draw of thw vanity. A hazard for a child. Host apologized. First time a host asked that you take any used garbage bags out and placed in an outside bin."

"No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. The views of NYC from the outside patio were nice. The lack of communication through the booking left us confused and the people that...

"When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

"One of the best experiences ever ..really nice place. We had a little hick up with code but host responded in miutes and took care of everything. Clean, spacious place..very modern. We will definitely be back soon"
