"The house is very well maintained and so cute! The neighborhood isn’t the nicest but the property is gated and felt very safe. There is an additional charge to heat the pool but we didn’t request that and it was still warm enough to swim in when we visited in March. My four teenaged daughters absolutely loved the decoration of the house and took pictures all throughout the property. "The property is conveniently located to mopac, grocery stores and all things north Austin. Owner communicates promptly for any needs and house had all the amenities listed. This house allows pets and is fenced for pet safety. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I rented the property for my out of town family to stay and used it host other family, friends, and a party for my daughter's HS graduation (10 graduates, and approx 10 adults/guests). The house was beautiful, clean, and in a nice area. There was plenty of parking on the street. We stayed the Thursday - Wed of Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, daily. "Bed, toilet, microwave and fridge that’s it. Couch smelled so didn’t sit on it. Shower didn’t work the best, started cold then very hot, no middle. "

"Our family went to Austin for our son’s college spring break. Overall we were happy with our stay. Couple little things. The sleeping option beyond the bedrooms (futon couch) was not comfortable. The kitchen table was a little wobbly. The place was a good suburban location with nearby shopping and restaurants."

"Ralph was a great host and this is a great apartment! We are so thankful we were able to land here for a couple weeks. The pool is lovely and the whole complex is very clean and well managed. It felt so nice to sit out on the patio, hang on the couch and watch tv, and even do our laundry in unit! All in all we were able to live our daily lives very comfortably while staying here. Ralph was very helpful and easy to reach. "

"Awesome plce to stay with all amenities that you need, We brought in our Mountain bikes and trails are literaly in the backyard, the deck of the place is very nice for a good cook out which we took advantage and grilled some burgers... it was great and special staying since we celebrated my daughter graduation from UT Austin, highly recomended place to stay with Family. Mary, thanks for everything."
