"The place was quiet and easy to access. It was mostly clean. We had a great experience."

"Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. We felt like royalty while we were there. Ron and Natalie are great. They even had great recommendations for delicious food in the area since we were unfamiliar with the area. The amazing and huge luxury "Mobile Estate" we stayed in was breathtaking. The Koi pond is beautiful, and my wife loved feeding the fish. We have decided we will be scheduling another stay soon and we will be bringing friends. We want to pick a week that we could rent...

"The condo compex was very nice, and the staff was great. The valet service was excellent. The condo was spacious with a comfortable bed, and had almost everything we needed. It also was not right in the middle of downtown, so it was quiet. It was still well within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and the water walk was right behind the building. The easy access to the interstate was a plus as well. The management company of our particular unit was always available and responded...

"Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

"I enjoyed my stay at the property. The host reached out multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The proximity to downtown was very nice. The only issues I had was cookware needed replacing and we were unable to get the fire pit working. We loved the yard space and the game room. I would stay there again."

"The property was very clean and had many useful amenities. The host provided everything we needed such as laundry detergent, extra towels, etc. without an issue. The property is in a prime location and being able to walk out the front door and be able to be right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, and bars was such a huge plus to this trip. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Austin, TX."
