"The room was neat and clean. The staff was helpful and polite. The hotel was in a good area to see Shinjuku. I like that there was a Lawson at the bottom of the hotel for quick food and drinks. I would recommend this place for adults, not families. I would come back again for sure."

"The staff was very nice and helpful with anything we needed assistance on.
The free continental breakfast and coffee machine as well as the free open bar every night was much appreciated. Having washer/dryers on site was also very convenient.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this location. Highly recommend. "

"From the time i gt to the hotel the staff and the room was amazing. It was my husband and daughter first time out of the country and they didnt realize how humble others could be. The staff made sure we were greeted and treared from the day we arrive to the day we left. The rating of a 5 isn't the proper value to give this hotel. I would give them a 9.8 star. Thank you everyone for makkng my husband dream come true. "
